Outdoor view from a building edge looking across a hillside. In the foreground at left is a green steel ropeway or cable-car frame with a red-and-black pulley wheel and cable running diagonally toward a rocky hill. Green lawns, stone-paved steps, shrubs, palms and flowering plants fill the middle ground, and a small concrete structure and a tower sit on the hilltop under a pale hazy sky. A satellite dish is mounted on the white wall at right. No people are visible.
