Outdoors on a sandy ground, a bald man in white kurta and white pants and a tan belt squats under a white barbell rack, gripping a loaded bar with plates laid across his shoulders while a few men in white and sandals watch and steady the bar. Behind him a large crowd of men in white dhotis and kurtas, many with orange headbands and rudraksha malas, stands closely packed. On the left, a man in white dhoti with gold-bordered shawl and purple cap gestures toward the lifter. Women in orange and white saris stand on the right, clapping, and a cameraman with a camera is at the edge. Plates lie on a green mat beneath the rack.
