A photograph of a newly built single-storey residential block with red brick walls, white trim and a light grey-lilac wall panel beside a covered concrete walkway. Marigold garlands in yellow and white are strung along the railing and edge of the walkway. Beyond a metal gate on the right, open dry land with power poles and a dirt path is visible, and two figures in dark clothing stand near the gate, partly visible. The walkway floor is wet.
