Photograph of a group of men gathered closely in a plain cream-walled room. In the foreground a figure with long dark hair, a red-and-gold headband, a pink beaded garland and rudraksha-style beads sits with a sheet of paper held out, while a man in a white shirt and glasses leans in to read it. Around them, men in white shirts and a police officer in khaki uniform and cap look down at papers in their hands. A man in orange clothing with a mala stands at the left edge, and a person at the top right holds a camera. The scene looks like a formal reading or handing over of documents.

A photograph of a group of men gathered indoors in front of a pale yellow wall. At left, a person in saffron-orange robes with a rudraksha mala and a pink flower garland stands in front of a uniformed police officer in a khaki cap; a man with a golden headband and a pink garland points at a folded paper that a man in a white shirt and glasses reads. Other men in white shirts and a man in a grey shirt watch closely, and at right a man in a white shirt holds a small camcorder. A man's head is partly visible at the bottom right. The central figure in saffron with long swept hair and a golden headband appears to be a person, based on the saffron clothing, rudraksha beads and headband, and is shown pointing at the document. The others are men in everyday clothing and a uniformed officer.2012-05-21May 09 20122012-05-09May 09 20122012-05-09May 12 20122012-05-12 +1 copiesMay 21 20122012-05-21Indoor photo in a temple-style hall with a lit arched shrine niche and a wall clock behind. In the foreground, a man in orange robes with a white jasmine garland and a shaved head leans over a wicker basket of fruit held by a bare-chested devotee wearing a rudraksha-style bead necklace. A long-haired man in an orange and ochre shawl, with a dark-stranded hairstyle and a white garland, hands small paper slips to the devotees. Around them, several men and an older bespectacled man in white shirts, one with a red and white forehead mark and a red thread, watch. Yellow curtains and an arched doorway with a blue door frame appear behind. The scene shows prasad and paper prayer slips being distributed during a temple visit, and the long-haired man is a person based on long swept-back hair and ornate orange clothing, though the identity is uncertain.2012-06-03 +1 copiesMay 09 20122012-05-09A photograph of a seated man with long dreadlocks, wearing a rust-brown turban and a brown cloth draped over his bare upper body, smiling and extending his open right hand toward a group. He sits on a leopard-print cushion beside large gold-coloured ornamental objects. Around him stand several men in white shirts and white trousers wearing orange and yellow-red shawls; one holds a small folded book or booklet, and another stands with hands joined in a respectful gesture. A woman with a garland stands at the left edge. The room has pale walls, maroon curtains and a pink carpet. The seated figure's appearance and seated throne-like position are consistent with the page's reference to a person, but the face and presentation are not distinctive enough to confirm an identity, so it is recorded as unsure.
