Outdoor relief distribution under palm trees beside a parked silver car. A man in saffron robes stands at a steel table covered with packed food parcels, plastic bags and bottles. Nearby, a tall figure in orange-saffron clothing stands behind the table, and several men in white shirts and dark trousers gather around. A large painted banner with bright illustrations stands behind them, and metal cooking vessels sit on the ground in the foreground.
