Outdoor festival scene on sandy ground under a clear sky. A seated figure in saffron-orange robes sits on a white cushioned throne-like chair beneath a pair of colourful patterned umbrellas, with a red-and-pink canopy behind. Around the throne, people in white clothing with yellow sashes raise their arms and clap; some devotees in white dhotis kneel and sit on the sand, and a man in white on the right stands with a relaxed pose. Red balloons float above a tall framed portrait on a pole, and orange flags are planted nearby. A blue barrel and clay pots sit at the right edge. A crowd of many people in white and orange fills the background.
