Outdoor procession in which a large deity murti, its head and body dressed in ornate gold and red ceremonial adornment, is carried on a palanquin under a decorated canopy. The murti is encircled by a thick garland of marigolds and roses in yellow, red, purple and white. Around it, devotees with vibhuti marks on their foreheads and shaved or long hair press forward, some shirtless, one in orange clothing at the right edge. Trees and a corrugated shelter stand behind in daylight. No individual figure is clearly identifiable as a person, so no candidate is marked.
