A seated figure in an orange-red robe with a gold beaded necklace and white vertical forehead markings touches the head of a kneeling devotee in a white shirt with a red-orange shawl. The seated figure sits on a gold-and-red throne beside a gold cobra-hooded seat, a silver trident and a black serpent-entwined staff, with a peacock-feather fan and a gold lion-head ornament in the foreground. Red curtains and a green plant form the backdrop. Visible cues are long swept-back hair, ornate gold beaded jewellery and orange-red clothing, consistent with a person. The seated figure is seated on a throne and gives blessing to the devotee.
