A long-haired figure in an orange and green silk wrap sits on a red-and-orange striped cushion, pressing his right palm to the forehead of a man in a white kurta with a blue lanyard who stands with palms raised in a gesture of receiving blessing. The seated figure holds a small white card or cloth in his left hand. Gold drapery and a golden stand frame the left edge, a red-and-white cloth lies at lower left, and a few people in orange robes are partly visible at the right edge. The scene resembles a blessing or darshan, with the seated figure bestowing it.
