A photograph of a crowd gathered on a roadside beneath a concrete flyover under construction, with bamboo scaffolding overhead. In the centre, a smiling man in an orange-red garment with a bare upper body is garlanded with a long floral necklace of yellow marigolds and white jasmine with green leaves. Around him, devotees press in, several women in saris with folded palms in namaskar, and men in white shirts. A light blue van and a silver car are parked behind the crowd, and a wall of torn film posters is visible at left. The garlanded man's appearance is not clearly identifiable, so his role is described as a garlanded devotee being welcomed.
