A photograph of a large group of seated participants in a hotel-style meeting hall wearing white clothing and white blindfold-style headbands over their eyes. Many sit cross-legged on a carpeted floor in rows, with some on chairs at the back. A video camera on a tripod is set up at the centre of the group, and a green potted plant sits in the foreground. At the far right, a table with pink cloth holds a few items and a person sits behind it. A decorative carved wooden panel hangs on the wall, and a wall sconce lights the room. Among the seated people, one man in white near the centre, with a plain white sleeve and folded hands, is visible, but no identifiable ceremonial presentation is shown.
