A photograph of a cleared dry plot of land at a construction site. Packed red-brown earth is marked with shallow trenches and excavated pits, with a small pile of gravel on the right and a scrap of white material on the ground at lower right. Burnt dark patches and dry grass cover the foreground. Thin metal fence posts run in a line across the middle, with a tall bare-trunked tree and several green trees behind, a palm on the right and boulders on the hillside beyond. No people are visible.

A woman in a white cotton sari with a thin gold border walks barefoot across a grassy field, carrying a metal basin balanced on her shoulder by a wooden pole. Several freshly dug reddish-brown soil mounds and planting pits dot the lawn, and a young seedling sprouts from one pit. A blue umbrella is visible at the left edge, with a wire fence, trees and a hill in the background. The scene shows planting work at an organic farm plot.
