In the centre, a man with long hair wears a saffron-orange dhoti and a large ornate gold-and-orange flower garland over a purple shawl, with a purple sash. Beside him, a bearded man in saffron cloth and rudraksha beads walks with a red cloth. On the right, a man in white kurta holds a bundle of saffron-cloth-wrapped staff. Women in blue and teal saris and men in white shirts stand to the left, and a bare-chested man in white dhoti is at the edge. Stone pillars with carved ornamentation frame the gate.2009-08-11May 24 20122012-05-24January 01 20092009-01-01Evening photograph of a procession walking through a stone temple gateway with carved pillars. In the centre, a figure in an orange-saffron robe and matching orange turban wears a long garland of white, pink and green flowers and a gold-toned necklace, walking barefoot with hands folded. Around him, men and women wear white dhotis, mundus and sarees, some with rudraksha malas and forehead markings. A shirtless young man in a brown cloth wrap and white dhoti walks at right, and a boy in white kurta with a white cloth over his head walks at lower right. The stone pillars and a dim lamp frame the scene.2007-08-17
