A photograph of a ceremonial inauguration inside a small whitewashed room with a thatched and tarpaulin roof strung with colourful pennants. A bald man with a white beard and dark sunglasses, wearing an orange robe, stands at the centre lighting a brass oil lamp (kuthuvilakku) decorated with a peacock-shaped top and garlands of pink and white flowers. Beside him to the left, a shaved-headed man in a white dhoti with an orange shawl, rudraksha mala and a tilak stands with hands folded. Behind them, a man in pink clothing and eyeglasses stands with hands together, and a figure in orange and red is partly visible at the left edge. At the right, a sign with a red arrow points toward a doorway. A tray of flower petals is held at the lower left by another person's hands.
