A large outdoor procession moves along a dirt path lined with young trees and a low concrete wall. Hundreds of people in white and light-blue shirts, many with 'NN' style logos and rudraksha-like beads, crowd together. At the centre, a decorated vehicle with red and gold canopies, red balloons and a raised ornate float carries figures in saffron and orange; a long blue placard is held aloft at left. Men in white shirts and dark trousers walk among the crowd, and a green cloth flag hangs near the foreground. A concrete building and red roof stand in the background.
