Participants in white clothing perform yoga backbend poses on colored mats (blue, purple, pink, green) in a hall. Two ornate gold-and-red thrones stand empty at the far end beneath a yellow and blue decorated banner, with a speaker and window grilles on the walls. In the foreground, men in white shirts and shorts lift their chests in cobra or upward-dog poses, and women in white pants and tops hold similar positions further back. Mats and bags are visible on a bench at right.
