Many people in orange, saffron and maroon clothing, mostly women in orange kurtas and salwar, stand or dance in an open circle. A few onlookers in white and grey stand at the right edge and a crowd sits or stands on the left behind a fence. A chain-link fence and building walls frame the scene.
