Wide photo of an outdoor stepped amphitheatre beside a long rectangular water pool, with a red-draped raised platform floating on the water. On the platform sits a large decorated throne-like structure with a yellow and red garland-covered backdrop and a central deity murti area; several people in white and orange clothing sit in front of it on the red cloth. Tiers of seated spectators in white fill the steps on both sides, and a red-brick building and flags stand in the background. The attendees are many, but only a few of the platform figures are clearly visible, and the stepped audience is large.

Rows of seated audience fill tiered red steps in the background, and a stone wall with a banner stands behind them under a clear blue sky. The seated figure wears red and gold and is too small to determine identity from appearance, so no a person identification is made.
