Looking upward through a dense canopy of green leaves, a cluster of long, hanging aerial roots descends from a tree in the foreground, their brown, tangled strands spreading diagonally across the frame. Sunlight filters through the leaves in the background, and bare branches cross the upper left. No people or ritual activity are visible in this outdoor forest photograph.
