At night under a tented relief area, a yellow utility truck with a white railing is loaded with stacked plastic crates in red, blue, green and yellow. A man in a white shirt and white head covering stands in the foreground with his back to the camera, facing the truck. Other people in light clothing stand near the truck and under the tent. Blue tarpaulin and gas cylinders lie on the left, and a red and white patterned canopy covers the right. Printed on the truck is the text STOP, SOUND and HORN. The visible people appear to be ordinary volunteers or workers, and no one clearly matches the a person candidate criteria, so the flag is unsure.
