A photograph from behind of a man in a purple kurta with dark trim, standing with both palms raised toward an ornate silver throne. The throne has a large repoussé silver backrest with floral and scroll motifs and lion-head armrests, backed by a pink and red stage glow. A seated figure on the throne wears a garland of orange and yellow flowers and a leopard-print cloth. To the left stands a golden staff topped with a small drum, wrapped in a leopard-print ribbon. A partially visible second person bends toward the seated figure.2017-09-22September 22 20172017-09-22 +1 copiesSeptember 28 20172017-09-28A photograph of a stage ceremony with a large ornate silver throne backed by a carved silver arch and a finial. A man seated on the throne wears a leopard-print shawl over a saffron-coloured robe, a marigold garland with green and red beads, and has a red tilak on his forehead; he is smiling. A man in a white shirt and a red-and-white shawl stands at his right, reaching toward his face with one hand raised, while another raises a palm. A trident leans against the throne's left side, a damaru drum hangs from it, and a gold leopard-patterned cloth drapes from it. Blue stage lights rise behind. A seated man with a white tilak and a dark kurta sits at the far left edge.2017-09-22 +1 copiesDecember 22 20172017-12-22April 18 20182018-04-18 +1 copiesA seated man in a striped golden-and-brown shawl over a rust-orange dhoti, wearing a rudraksha mala and a white garland, with a red tilak on his forehead, rests his hand on the head of a kneeling man in a light green polo shirt and dark shorts. Decorative silver pillars frame the scene, with brass lamps and a white cloth on the floor.2013-01-11September 15 20132013-09-15A seated figure on an ornate silver throne draped with garlands in red, orange, yellow, purple and green, with a leopard-print cushion, is being greeted by a man in a cream kurta with his hands raised near the figure's head. The seated figure wears a deep red robe, a white vibhuti marking on the forehead, and a long swept-back hair style. A silver trishul stands at left and a young sannyasi in orange robes and rudraksha malas sits at right. The backdrop shows a glowing red temple tower graphic. The seated figure has a distinctive presentation, including swept-back hair, ornate ceremonial setting and red garments, consistent with the page's reference to a person, though the face cannot be confirmed.2018-04-25May 17 20182018-05-17Staged temple-style scene on a stage: a seated figure on an ornate silver throne with leopard-print cushions, wearing a rust-red robe, a gold crown, a long gold-beaded necklace and bangles, holding a silver staff and touching his forehead. In front, a young attendant in an orange dhoti and orange shawl with white body markings holds a flame over a gold nandi (bull) statue. Behind them, deity murtis are decorated with garlands of pink and white flowers, with a magenta cloth draped over a pedestal. Gold and silver temple ornamentation frames the setting.2018-04-18Ceremonial stage scene in which a man in a rust-orange kurta kneels before a seated figure on an ornate silver throne (peetha) draped in flower garlands of red, yellow, purple and green, under a silver umbrella-canopy. The seated figure wears a deep red robe, a tilak on the forehead and a leopard-print cushion behind. Hands are raised in blessing or touching the seated figure's head. A trident stands at left and a woman in saffron-orange with a rudraksha mala and a dark turban-style hair wrap stands at right, with a red temple-like backdrop and a starry dark background. This appears to be a puja-related abhishekam or pattabhishekam-style honouring at a temple-style stage.2018-04-25
