A golden statue of a long-haired figure stands on a pedestal in a temple setting, draped in a deep maroon robe edged with gold border and wearing a jewelled gold waist belt. The statue has a red bindi on its forehead, multi-strand pearl necklaces and a pearl-and-bead chain at the waist, and its right hand is raised in a blessing gesture. It is garlanded with red roses and yellow marigold strands, and stands before an orange and silver draped backdrop beside carved grey stone pillars.

Photo 11726472October 03 20122012-10-03A photograph of a golden-painted murti of a deity seated on a throne-like seat, facing forward. It wears an ornate crown with red and green stones, large jeweled earrings, a red bindi, and layered necklaces of pearls, rudraksha beads and gemstone pendants. Red and yellow flower garlands drape from the shoulders to the lap, and a rudraksha mala hangs over one raised hand. The figure wears orange-red garments edged in gold, and the seat is framed by green and gold embroidered cloth and a pink satin drape, against a yellow wall. The figure is a statue, not a living person.Photo 11729822 +2 copiesJuly 30 20132013-07-30April 06 20132013-04-06 +2 copiesNovember 28 20122012-11-28March 12 20132013-03-12May 18 20132013-05-18KAILASA LOS ANGELES, USA On 21/9/20242024-10-11 +1 copiesAugust 23 20122012-08-23September 30 20142014-09-30
