Several uniformed police officers in khaki caps and shirts press around him, and a police officer in front bends forward, appearing to bow his head toward a child in orange clothes wearing a pink flower garland. Men in white shirts and dhotis stand behind, and a man at left takes a photograph with a camera. Iron bars and a window frame appear at the top. a person is the saffron-robed centre figure; the appearance is shaved-head with mala and robe, a candidate but not a distinct match, so the identity is uncertain.
