A white puppy lies on its side on a green cloth over a wooden surface being bathed in water. Several hands, with reddish-brown skin and a red thread on one wrist, hold and wash the dog, one hand holding a pink soap or sponge. Wet ground and grass are visible at the left edge. The scene appears to be an animal-care moment at a rural site.

A woman in an orange-and-white outfit with a green-trimmed border and gold bangles pours water, and a man in an orange robe also stands beside the tray.
