A photograph of a devotional exchange at an indoor event. In the centre, a man with long dark hair tied back, wearing an orange-saffron garment over bare shoulders, is receiving a pineapple from a woman in a green and pink sari with a red mala and gold bangles. A man in a striped grey polo shirt with a red mala leans in to assist, and a man in orange clothing stands at upper right beside a large garland of pink and white flowers. A woman in a blue floral top stands at left. The man in orange is an appearance-based candidate for a person, shown with long hair and saffron clothing, while the page indicates his presence; identity is uncertain from appearance alone. Five to six people are visible.

In the foreground, a man in a white shirt and a woman in a red-and-cream sari hold a pineapple together while a figure in an orange-red sleeveless garment with a white flower garland and a red-beaded mala reaches to touch it. A second person in white stands behind the woman, and a large red and white flower garland is visible at the right edge. A younger person in white stands at the far left. Appearance-based candidate: the figure in the orange-red garment with the flower garland and rudraksha-style beads appears to be a person, though the cues are only partly visible.2009-08-06August 08 2009 - Kalpataru, Cuddalore India2009-08-08Indoor photo of devotees exchanging offerings. A man in a white shirt on the left holds a pineapple, and a woman in a white sari with an orange shawl and gold necklace smiles while holding a red fruit. Beside her, a woman in a white sari with a black beaded necklace looks on. On the right, a woman in an orange-red sleeveless blouse extends her hands to receive the offering, and white flower garlands are visible at the edge.2009-08-02July 25 20092009-07-25A photograph of a devotee in a white shirt and red rudraksha-style bead necklace bowing forward to clasp the hands of a seated person in a loose orange-red robe with long dark hair swept back. The devotee holds a pineapple in his other hand, and a man in white on the left also holds a pineapple. Behind them a woman in a golden-yellow sari with a gold necklace and a red bindi stands watching, with a crowd and orange-clad figures in a hall. The seated person's cues are an orange robe and long swept-back hair, but the appearance is not clearly distinctive enough to confirm identity, so this is a devotee receiving a greeting in a hall setting.2009-08-02August 02 20092009-08-02
