Inside a dim stone temple hall, a procession moves past a gilded deity murti decorated with white garlands and red-and-white silk, carried on a palanquin-style shrine. In front, a bare-chested man in orange dhoti and green-bordered cloth blows a conch-like horn. Beside him, a shaven-headed man with a rudraksha mala and a red-gold shawl stands with hands folded in namaskar. Around them, devotees in white, saffron and yellow saris and shawls, some wearing yellow and orange garlands, press hands together in prayer, with an ornate gilded shrine frame at right.
