A construction site at a red-earth plot with a row of grey concrete blocks laid in a trench along the foreground. A figure in saffron-orange robes stands among a group of men in white dhotis and shirts, one holding a bright orange umbrella overhead, while a woman in orange sari stands beside him. Piles of loose concrete blocks and rubble lie around the site, a blue drum sits at left, and boys watch from the edge. A thatched-roof structure and palm trees appear in the background under a pale sky.
