Two people in saffron-orange robes sit on a stone floor beside a carved stone wall at a temple setting. The person on the left, seen from behind with short dark hair, holds a brass tray heaped with white and yellow flower petals. The person on the right, with long dark hair and a gold necklace, covers their face with one hand and holds a second flower tray. A brass vessel, a small framed picture and a broom lie nearby. No figure is clearly identified as a person from appearance cues, so the identity is left unsure.

A bald-headed man in orange robes and an orange turban-style cap, with gold beads and a gold necklace, kneels at left, leaning toward the ritual with his hands extended. Beside him, a person with long swept-back hair, wearing an orange robe, a white and orange flower garland and a rudraksha-style mala, sits cross-legged holding a brass plate of food with a ladle, facing a microphone stand. Marigold and yellow flowers lie on plates and the floor, and a brass vessel sits near the fire. Behind them, devotees in white and orange clothing stand and sit, and a row of orange and white floral garlands hangs at right. Swamiji appearance cues are present: long swept-back hair, orange robes and a rudraksha mala, so the seated figure is a probable match for the Swamiji candidate.2009-12-26December 26 20092009-12-26December 26 20082008-12-26 +1 copiesOutdoor ritual on a stone platform beside a river with pale rocky banks. A man with long dark swept-back hair and an orange knit top sits cross-legged on a leopard-print mat, holding a brass plate of ash or offerings with a red dot on his forehead. Beside him a second man in orange robes sits with his back turned, wearing a rudraksha mala. Brass vessels, a kalasha-style pot and incense sticks in a holder sit on the ledge; marigold garlands lie in a bowl nearby. Other orange-clad people sit in the background and a standing spectator watches at right. This appears to be a puja or river ceremony at the Gangotri ghat.2006-05-27Two seated sadhus in saffron-orange robes sit on a low red-bordered mat in a tiled room with a wall of beige stone-look panels. The man on the left has long grey-streaked hair, a full grey beard and a dark rudraksha mala, and gestures with an open hand toward a steel plate of marigold garlands on a low wooden table. The woman in front wears an orange headwrap, an orange robe and a dark mala, and is smiling with her palms pressed together. Additional steel plates of marigold garlands sit on low tables along the wall, and a water bottle stands nearby. The nearer figure wears an orange turban, orange robes and a dark beaded rudraksha mala, and presses his palms together while smiling. Beside him, a bearded sadhu with long dark hair and an orange robe and rudraksha mala gestures with one hand. Low wooden stools in front hold brass trays of marigold garlands with orange blossoms, and water bottles stand nearby. Other saffron-clad people are partly visible at the left and bottom edges. The page's a person flag is not supported by a visible face-independent cue such as a crown or ceremonial gold necklace, so no a person candidate is identified.2015-09-11July 21 20102010-07-21December 26 20082008-12-26 +1 copies
