Several people in dark clothing stand in a crowd along the right side, some holding umbrellas. On the left, a large ornate float or vehicle with decorative fringed structures and tall poles or staffs rises above the crowd, with red and orange flags and banners fluttering nearby. Smoke or incense haze drifts through the scene.
