A dusty unpaved village road lined with coconut palms and a white boundary wall on the left. A group of about six men in white shirts and trousers, plus a couple of women in saris, walk along the road toward the distance. In the foreground a man in a pink shirt and brown trousers strides past a tall palm, with lush green grass on the right and a blank white board on a stand beside the road.2010-07-03August 21 20092009-08-21A dirt road runs through a lush, open landscape under a bright, partly cloudy sky. Several people walk along the road away from the camera: a woman in an orange-red sari on the right, and men in white shirts and dark trousers, some in white dhotis or pants, on the left. Young palm and tree saplings line the roadside, with flowering purple shrubs and green grass along the edge, a low wall on the left, and distant hills on the horizon. The scene is a quiet rural walkway with no ritual activity visible.2009-08-21March 22 20082008-03-22June 01 20092009-06-01July 08 20092009-07-08 +1 copiesMarch 22 20082008-03-22A dirt road at an ashram grounds runs through a palm-lined field under an overcast sky. Several people walk along it: a man in a white shirt and white trousers on the left, and women in white sarees with coloured borders. Further down, more people in white and some in orange walk toward the distance. A string of white and blue banners with printed emblems stretches across the left, and orange triangular pennants flutter on the right beside young saplings and a tall billboard frame.2009-07-07 +1 copiesA photograph of a dusty unpaved road lined with tall coconut palms and red-brick edging, bright blue sky overhead. A few small groups of people walk along the road and gather near a roadside stall with hanging cloth and a parked vehicle; one man in a white shirt and white dhoti walks in the centre. Scrubby dry vegetation and a corrugated-roof structure appear on the left. The scene reads as an ashram access road.2006-12-29A dirt road runs between a tall orange brick wall on the left and grassy embankment with palm and leafy trees on the right. Three figures in white clothing walk away from the camera down the road in the middle distance. On the right stands a blank, empty billboard on metal posts, with cloudy overcast sky above and a small building visible at the end of the road.2010-09-30March 22 20082008-03-22A photo of a dusty dirt path lined with tall coconut palms in a rural setting. Several boys and young men walk and stand along the path; one in a light blue shirt and pink shorts stands near the centre, another in a striped shirt walks beside him, and a few others are dispersed in the distance. A red minivan is parked at left, and white single-storey buildings with a thatched-roof shelter sit at the far end under a partly cloudy sky. No one is identified as a person in the scene.2006-05-04
