Golden metal utsava murtis of Sri Anandeshwarar and Sri Anandeshwari are seated in a decorated ratha-style shrine draped in red cloth, heavily garlanded with red, yellow, purple and white flower strands. The Shiva form holds a trident and a staff, wears a red-and-gold head cloth and jewelled necklaces; the Devi form wears a tall jewelled crown, a blue embroidered sari and ornate silver-toned ornaments. Printed name placards above them read 'SRI ANANDESHWARAR' and 'SRI ANANDESWARI'. In the foreground a white statue of a smiling sannyasi in an orange robe and orange head cloth, with a red bindi and white jasmine garlands, raises one hand in blessing. A small garlanded figure stands at lower right. No living people are visible.
