A seated man with long dark hair and a red tilak on his forehead sits in a gold-trimmed chair on a raised platform at night, smiling toward a crowd. Behind him a large printed banner shows a smiling man in an orange-saffron turban, with a glowing light effect and Tamil script on the upper right. Several people in the foreground, including a man in a white T-shirt printed with N.D.S.S. and a man in a grey hooded jacket, press forward around the platform. Yellow marigold garlands lie at the lower left. The seated man wears a red garment and gold ornament; the banner figure is a printed portrait, not a physical person. Figures visible: about seven physical people.
