A stage event with a dark drape backdrop and red-and-white platform. On an ornate gold-and-red throne at the back, a figure in orange robes and an orange head wrap sits with one hand raised, with a rudraksha-style mala visible at the neck. In front, a seated person in orange robes holds a microphone to their chest and speaks, sitting on a white-covered cushioned seat with bare feet visible. A decorative umbrella canopy hangs above the throne, and fans and a colourful hanging textile banner are at the sides. The seated speaker's appearance is uncertain and no caption names them, so identity cannot be assigned from the image alone.
