A street procession photographed from behind, with a crowd walking along a paved road past low buildings and a small shop. In the foreground, a figure in a flowing saffron/orange robe and a second figure in white dhoti and shirt with a dark-haired bun stride forward. Behind them, men and women in white and cream clothes walk, one man's white shirt bearing an orange printed emblem on the back. Saffron and orange flags wave above the crowd at the right. Several people in white are visible, and the scene suggests a ratha yatra walking procession. No face is clearly visible and no individual can be confidently identified as a person.
