A yellow JCB backhoe loader stands at right beside a decorated colourful canopy or float, and a construction frame of blue steel scaffolding stands behind. Bare trees, a multi-storey white building and clear blue sky are visible in the background. No identifiable a person figure is clearly visible in this view.
