A photograph of a yoga performance on a vertical wooden pole. An older man with white hair and a grey beard, wearing an orange short-sleeved shirt and orange cloth around his waist, grips the pole while his legs are lifted and held by a helper. A young man with short dark hair and a beard, shirtless and wearing a white string necklace, smiles and supports the lifted leg from below. Another person's hand and arm appear at the right edge, and a partly visible figure stands at the left. Green trees and a red building form the background.

A man in a black tracksuit steadies the pole's base, and another man in black shorts stands nearby. On the left, a shaved-headed man in orange robes with a red-orange shawl and beaded bracelets stands at the edge of the scene, and seated participants in white, red and striped clothing watch. He wears red shorts and a thin gold chain with a pendant, and his arms are extended outward with hands in mudra-like gestures. Green trees and palm fronds fill the background under a pale sky. The scene is outdoors and the man appears to be smiling. This may match the Phuket Nithyanandoham mandala session, but the visible content shows only one person balancing on a pole.2015-12-11 +1 copiesOctober 03 20172017-10-03 +1 copiesOctober 03 20172017-10-03 +1 copiesA smiling young man with long dreadlocked hair tied back performs Shivasthamba Yoga, also called mallakhamba pole yoga, on a vertical wooden pole. He is bare-chested, wearing bright orange shorts and a thin cord at the waist, with a red tilak on his forehead. He grips the pole with both arms and hooks one leg around it while the other foot rests on the pole, lifting his body. Behind him are salmon-coloured multi-storey ashram buildings with wooden shuttered windows, and a second robed person stands in the background near a green plant.2017-10-03 +1 copies
