Night-time outdoor photograph of a ceremonial procession on bare ground. In the foreground, two men in white dhotis with yellow borders carry a long pole on which a tall white figure is mounted, with a white-clad helper beside them. A large crowd stands in a line behind them: men in white shirts and white dhotis, and several people in orange and saffron robes with a few holding lamps. A small ceremonial umbrella and a decorated canopy appear in the background, and a photographer in white crouches at the left edge. Dark trees and a lit building fill the backdrop.
