A photograph of an annadan food-serving scene in a bare concrete room with a wooden floor. A man in a white shirt and dhoti serves rice from a steel pot with a ladle onto a plate held by a young girl in a white top and teal shawl. Beside them, a person in an orange robe with a pink and yellow flower garland stands near the serving table, and a younger man in orange with long dark hair is also visible. Other white-clad people and a cameraman filming with a video camera stand in the background, and a pot of orange food sits on the counter. Several people are visible: the server, the girl, the garlanded orange-robed figure, the orange-clad man, the cameraman and a few in white.
