In the foreground, a man in a blue-grey patterned shirt kneels with palms pressed together before a woman in an orange top and red blouse, whose long black hair is decorated with a flower garland and a bead necklace hangs at her neck. Behind them, a standing man in a white shirt and white dhoti wears a dark rudraksha mala, and several elderly women in saris and white attire stand with hands folded or joined. Other people in white clothing stand around the room, and metal bowls sit on the floor near the right edge.
