A large ornate golden ratha-style float with carved floral and mythical-bird motifs dominates the frame, topped by a framed portrait of a bearded man in a white turban and white garments. Several men in white dhotis and shirts walk beside the float along a palm-lined road, one gesturing with an outstretched arm, and an older man with a plaid cloth over his shoulder stands at left. A temple gateway with stone figures is visible at right. The float carries Tamil and English banners, and the vehicle bears a Tamil Nadu registration plate.
