Outdoors under trees, a smiling man in a saffron-orange dhoti and shawl, wearing a white and green flower garland and a gold pendant, raises a brass vessel high above his head while pouring over a large black stone deity murti at left. Behind him, shaven-headed men in matching saffron-orange garments stand holding brass plates and a metal bowl, one with a sacred thread and bracelets. Green leaves and bright sky fill the background. The scene reads as abhishekam performed by devotees.
