A seated figure in saffron-orange robes and a matching orange turban, with long dark hair, leans forward to hand a fruit to a uniformed police officer in khaki with a moustache and glasses, who extends his hand to receive it. Behind them, men and women in white shirts and white clothing, some wearing rudraksha malas and forehead marks, watch and smile. A standing figure in orange robes stands at the right beside a tray. In the foreground, red trays hold yellow fruit, rudraksha beads and small items. A partly visible young woman in white sits at the lower left edge.2010-01-20April 26 20162016-04-26January 21 20102010-01-21Night-time outdoor darshan at a large gathering, lit by overhead street lamps with a crowd behind. A seated figure in saffron-orange robes and an orange turban, with long dark hair and a dark beard, sits on a raised platform facing a smiling woman in an orange and gold sari with a gold necklace and bangles who receives something from his hand. Around them, devotees in white shirts, orange shawls and kurtas crowd close. On the right, a table holds fruit, a bowl, a garland and rudraksha malas. A woman in a cream sari and a woman in a yellow top sit in the foreground. A probable Swamiji figure is visible: the saffron turban, long swept hair and orange ascetic clothing fit the cues, and he is in person, giving prasad to a devotee at darshan.2010-02-17Photograph of an evening outdoor gathering at night. In the foreground, a figure in a bright orange turban and orange robes stands at right, reaching out and handing something to a uniformed man in khaki police-style uniform with shoulder insignia, medal ribbons and a name tag, who leans in with his hands extended. Around them, several men in white shirts and white dhotis wear dark rudraksha-style mala beads, and people in orange and white crowd the frame. A second orange-robed figure with a turban appears at left edge. Background shows more people and white-clad devotees under dim lights.2010-01-09A night-time outdoor gathering under floodlights, with a crowd of devotees and attendees around a saffron-clad figure. A man in an orange turban and sleeveless orange robe, with long dark hair, stands at right with his palm raised toward a kneeling woman in a yellow top whose hair is in a braid; he appears to be giving blessings. Beside him a man in a khaki uniform with a red-and-blue badge bows his head forward. Other men in white shirts and white dhotis, one wearing a rudraksha mala, stand and lean in among the crowd, and a young man in an orange robe stands at upper right. Orange banners and a fence line the background.2010-02-16October 19 20082008-10-19
