In the centre, a man with grey hair and glasses, wearing white clothes and a red-and-yellow scarf, points forward with one hand while another man beside him wears a similar red-and-yellow scarf and smiles. Men on the left wear striped shirts, one with a pen in his pocket, and a man on the right raises his hand to his forehead in a salute. A woman in a cream sari stands at the right edge.
