Outdoor photograph on a grassy field under an overcast sky. A white board sign with a painted portrait of a man with a light headwrap and garland, and a red-and-yellow flower garland draped across it, is being unveiled; a white cloth hangs from its top edge. In front of the sign, a figure in saffron-orange robes and an orange headwrap wears a long white-and-red flower garland and bends forward in a reverent gesture. Beside him, a man in a white shirt and glasses stands with palms pressed together. A flower-decorated pedestal with pink and white petals lies on the ground at right, and a flagpole stands nearby with buildings in the background.

The sign shows a painted portrait of a man in a white headwrap and a red garland, with a blue-and-white bird emblem, and the Tamil heading ஆனந்தத்துடன் அழைக்கிறோம். A second man in white shirt and a third in white shirt with glasses stand beside him. Behind them are unfinished concrete buildings and a cloudy sky.
