Night photograph from above of an illuminated ornamental procession chariot, a multi-tiered ratha with lit oil lamps and fairy lights along its edges. Red and gold draped cloth and hanging garlands of red, white and orange flowers decorate its pillars. Figures in the chariot's upper tiers are mostly silhouetted, and a few people in white clothing stand along the dark roadside at right and left. No clear individual identity is visible; the scene is a night temple procession with lamps and garlands.
