A photograph of a doorway crowded with people at a house visit. A man in orange-saffron robes with a long orange garland stands centrally in the doorway, smiling, with a second saffron-robed person beside him and a bald man in saffron cloth with a rudraksha mala behind him. Men in white shirts press in from both sides, some with hands folded in greeting. A plaid-shirted man stands at left, and a crowd is visible through the doorway outside. Wooden doors frame the scene beneath a decorated cloth canopy.

A photograph of a doorway crowded with men at a house visit. Several men in saffron and orange robes stand in the doorway, one wearing a long orange garland, with a bare-chested man in a saffron cloth and rudraksha mala at the centre-right, his head shaved. Men in white shirts and dhotis press around them, and a man in a plaid shirt stands at left and another in an orange scarf at right. Wooden doors frame the entrance, and a decorated red and maroon canopy hangs above. The swami-like figure is not visibly distinctive enough to confirm identity, so the robed men are described by role only.2014-06-24June 24 20142014-06-24 +1 copiesMay 09 20122012-05-09 +4 copiesMay 11 20122012-05-11June 22 20142014-06-22A crowded narrow passage with a pink-red cloth or petal-strewn path on the floor. Several uniformed police officers in khaki stand alongside, and many people in white shirts and colourful clothes press in on both sides, some with hands folded in greeting. A woman in red and a man in a blue shirt are visible near the front. The walls are plain beige and the light is bright daytime sunlight.2014-07-04 +1 copiesJune 24 20142014-06-24July 01 20142014-07-01Outdoor photograph of a covered verandah entrance where saffron-robed sannyasis and white-clad devotees are gathered. In the centre, a smiling figure with short dark hair wears a rust-red robe with gold-banded edges and a long beaded mala, and reaches out to touch the arm of a shaved-headed monk in a similar rust-red robe with a wrap and beaded necklaces. Another monk in orange robes stands at the right, and a woman in a yellow sari with folded hands bows nearby. Men and women press close around them, some holding up phones. A figure in the centre-left with long hair and rust clothing could be a person, but the appearance is uncertain.2014-07-04
