A photograph of a person performing a ritual outdoors beneath a coconut palm, with fronds and coconut clusters overhead. The person wears a red-orange garment, a thick garland of red and white flowers with green leaves, a gold bead necklace and gold bangles, and holds a small silver bell in one hand and a silver vessel with a flame in the other, with smoke or fire rising around the face. Yellow flower garlands hang at the left edge. The face is largely obscured by the smoke, so the person is described by role only as a ritual officiant; no identity is asserted.
