Volunteers prepare food for an annadaan relief meal under a colourful striped canopy with patterned fabric. Several men wear green and white surgical-style head caps and work around large aluminium pots and metal vessels on a dusty ground. One man in a red t-shirt stands at the left, another in a red shirt and khaki trousers bends over a black container, and a man in a striped shirt with a white dhoti and a lanyard badge stands at right. A man in a light blue checked lungi and a bare-footed figure in a white shirt are also present, and an orange plastic chair sits in the foreground beside stacked pots and sacks.
