Outdoor photo under leafy trees of a welcome at a temple-type setting. In the centre, a figure in an orange-saffron robe with a long garland of yellow and orange flowers is being offered a large basket of red flowers held by a man in a white shirt and white trousers on the right. To the left, a bare-chested priest with a white dhoti and red-and-gold border, wearing a sacred thread and a red flower garland, holds an offering tray. Other men in white shirts and dhotis stand nearby, some with folded hands, and a man in an orange shawl is visible at the right edge. Several figures in white with orange shawls stand behind. The saffron-robed central figure's face and head are largely hidden by the basket and crowd, so the identity is uncertain.
