A dense outdoor crowd fills a dusty road during a procession, with many people pressing forward between tents and banners under a clear sky. Police officers in khaki uniforms and caps walk among them, and several men in camouflage-style caps line the foreground. Red flags on tall poles are carried through the crowd, and a red-and-yellow ornate umbrella stands out on the left. Near centre, an older bearded man in a saffron-pink robe and turban walks beside white-clad devotees; he has long white hair and a shawl-like wrap, and a man in a white dhoti with a garland stands nearby. A red-and-gold banner hangs on the right, and a vehicle with a decorated canopy is visible in the distance.
